Parent Peer Group Q&A is a chance to meet other families directly employing their staff to share ideas, resources and ask your burning questions. They are run monthly on Wednesday from 10am – 11am Sydney time.

Claiming from the NDIS
NDIS participants may be able to use their funding to pay for this program under Consumables (Support Category 03) in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits for subscription-based services.

- Invoices that describe the supports made available during the subscription period
- No penalties or exit fees for cancelling, provided one month’s notice is given
- As required by the NDIS, subscriptions are billed in advance, and unused portions can be refunded with proper notice. This structure provides families with clarity, flexibility, and peace of mind while supporting capacity-building goals in a compliant and transparent way
