Get Stuff Done Retreat

Adelaide, October 9-11, 2024

This event is for families wanting to get started on directly employing staff or those already directly employing wanting to do things better.

We will be workshopping all things directly employing – recruitment, compliance, policies, training, information management, planning, achieving goals, managing staff performance, finding and working with a team leader, how mums and dads can step back from the daily doing, setting up a governance board to oversee and more.

There will also be lots of opportunities to network with other families and build supportive connections.

And most importantly, because we Good Life Builders are action takers, there will be opportunities galore to “get stuff done”
