Service for One Setup for Success Program

Equipping families with the essential knowledge, tools, and confidence to establish and operate a safe, person-centred, and legally compliant support service for a loved one with disability

Program participants are guided step-by-step to create robust foundations—setting up the right legal structure, managing payroll, navigating NDIS claiming, implementing policies, procedures, systems and tools.

Families learn how to form a values-aligned governance board, fulfill ethical and legal obligations, monitor quality, plan for sustainability and stay true to the individual’s vision for a good life.

The program also supports families to recruit, build and lead effective support teams, fostering a team culture centred around their family member’s needs and goals.

Ongoing learning and peer connection are supported through the Webinar Club and monthly Q&A Groups for both parents and team leaders, offering valuable spaces for collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement within the service for one model.
