Getting there from the Airport

Option 1: Taxi or Rideshare (Fastest & Easiest)
• Travel time: ~10 minutes
• Distance: ~8–10 km
• Cost: approx. AUD $23–$30
Steps:

  1. Exit your terminal and follow signs for Taxi or Rideshare (Uber/Didi/Ola).
  2. Tell the driver “Swan River Hotel, Ascot”.
    The route typically follows Great Eastern Highway toward Perth before turning onto Epsom Avenue.

Option 2: Public Transport (Train + Bus)

Travel time: ~35–45 minutes
Cost: Approx. AUD $4–$6 with a SmartRider card (or standard Transperth fare)

Steps:

  1. From Perth Airport, take the Airport Line train from either:
    Airport Central Station (Terminals 1 & 2), or
    Redcliffe Station (Terminals 3 & 4 – accessible via airport shuttle).
  2. Travel one stop to Redcliffe Station (if departing Airport Central) or board directly from Redcliffe.
    Outside Redcliffe Station, catch a bus that travels along Great Eastern Highway toward Ascot/Burswood (routes vary depending on the time of day).
  3. Get off near the corner of Epsom Avenue and Great Eastern Highway.
  4. Walk approximately 5–10 minutes to:
